Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal. If a flower in your design is unavailable, we will replace it with one of equal or higher value that keeps the style, colour and size of the arrangement.

Changes and cancellations

You can change the delivery date, address or card message, or cancel for a full refund, up to 24 hours before the delivery date. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.

If something is not right

If your flowers arrive damaged or are not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we will replace the arrangement or refund you.

We cannot offer refunds when the recipient is unavailable at the address and phone number provided, or when the address given is incorrect.
